This collection includes drawings, renderings, blueprints, photographs, and surveys relating to the professional career of architect S. Charles Lee (1899-1990). Most of the collection reflects his work as a developer and the most prolific architect of art deco movie palaces in Los Angeles, and the bulk of the materials date from the late 1920s to the late 1940s.
