About this Collection
The Creative Music Archive is a continually growing repository of pdf scores and text file patches for music that supports the scholarly needs and interests of UCI’s Integrated Composition, Improvisation, and Technology (ICIT) program and provides a hub for the Creative Music community. Music included in the Creative Music Archive can generally be characterized as including improvisational, electronic, or non-standard musical notation elements. This repository provides open access to music that is rarely published through traditional channels and preserves these materials for future generations of musicians.View our statement on digital primary resources and historical description.
