Engravings of ordinary people and everyday objects from the Gulf of Guinea Coast during the nineteenth century. These include Fante, Ouidah, and Asante people, as well as a stool, cushion, various hats, a fetish place, and a Dutch plantation. There is also an eighteenth century map of the region.
