About this Collection
These data are collected as part of the Scripps Ecological Observatory program located at the Ellen Browning Scripps Pier at Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Flow cytometry data are collected twice weekly in collaboration with the Southern California Coastal Ocean Observing System (SCCOOS). Samples are fixed to 0.25 % with glutaraldehyde and run for autofluoresence with SYBR Green staining on a Guava 11HT flow cytometer. 123count eBeads are used as an internal standard. The expected concentration of beads in each sample is 500 per ml. Dissolved gas concentrations are collected on a Hiden HPR-40 Membrane Inlet Mass Spectrometer (MIMS).
