Kaiser (Henry J.) Collection - Selections From the Pictorial Collection, 1941-1946
The Henry J. Kaiser Pictorial Collection contains more than 75,000 items, including photographic prints, albums, and glass and film negatives. The collection dates from circa 1930 to circa 1976. The bulk of the collection, like the manuscript collection, dates from after World War II, by which time the affiliated Kaiser companies were producing an amazing array of building materials, including steel, cement, aluminum, and gypsum; beginning engineering projects all over the world; and, building affordable housing and consumer goods, such as Kaiser-Frazer cars, Willys Jeeps, and even dishwashers....

Kamigata Kabuki Banzuke 上方歌舞伎番付: Woodblock Print Playbills from Western Japan
Kabuki, a classical form of Japanese performing arts, was developed in the cities of Edo (Tokyo) and Kamigata (Osaka and Kyoto), and performed also in several other cities in early modern Japan. It became one of the most popular theatrical entertainments from the seventeenth through the late nineteenth centuries. Posters and programs for kabuki performances called "banzuke'' were printed in woodblock: such as "tsuji-banzuke," posters, "yakuwari banzuke," cast lists, and "ehon banzuke," illustrated scenes. The third type was also called "ezukushi" in Kamigata. The kabuki banzuke collection held at the UCLA Library consists of 101 bound sets of yakuwari banzuke …

Kastrouli Mycenaean Excavations, Greece 2016
Kastrouli (E375419.559, N4250792.352 meters), a small fortified site in the Phokis region of Central Greece (near the modern village of Desphina), was the focus of archaeological excavations in the summer of 2016 (July 20 – August 3). The project aimed to fully and systematically excavate an exposed tomb on the site’s surface and to section its surrounding fortification wall. This tomb was previously excavated in 2005, but this short project (lasting only a day or two) performed little excavation (more likely just cleaning) to evaluate the condition of the tomb which was previously looted as evidenced by its disturbed nature …

Katherine Philips Edson Papers, 1909-1934
Katherine Philips (1870-1933) was a member of the Friday Morning Club in Los Angeles (1908-11), worked on the gubernatorial campaign of Hiram Johnson, was appointed to the California Industrial Welfare Commission, became a member of the State Republican Party (1916-20) and later, a member of the Republican National Committee (1920). The collection consists of correspondence, pamphlets, clippings, and memorabilia concerning Katherine Philip Edson's involvement with women in industry, minimum wage laws, women's suffrage, dairy laws, the Progressive and Republican parties, and the Conference on the Limitation of Armament. Kearney Agricultural Research & Extension Center (KARE) Tea Trials Records
Located in Parlier, California, the UC Kearney Agricultural Research and Extension Center (KARE) is a research base for scientists from UC Riverside, UC Davis and UC Berkeley, and farm advisors from San Joaquin Valley UC Cooperative Extension. In the 1960s and 1970s, UC Agricultural Extension and Lipton Tea Co. conducted research at KARE to investigate the potential for commercial tea growing in California. This collection documents the progress and results of the research through correspondence, field notes, project proposals, progress reports, field data, and related reference material.

Kearny Street Workshop archives
The nonprofit agency Kearny Street Workshop (KSW) is the oldest multidisciplinary Asian American arts organization in the United States. Established in 1972 as a collective of artists in San Francisco's Chinatown/ Manila town neighborhood, KSW is now a nonprofit agency that serves many Asian/Pacific American communities from its office in San Francisco. This collections covers material from 1972 - 2002. It contains posters, publications, and photos. The struggles of the neighborhood such as low-income housing, strikes by garment and electrical union workers, and the eviction of the elderly tenants defines much of the art in this collection.

Keith Rayner Eye Movements in Reading Data Collection
This collection consists of eye movement data from published studies conducted in Keith Rayner’s Eyetracking Lab in the Department of Psychology at UCSD. The collection does not represent one project, but rather a snapshot of the work produced by Rayner’s highly productive lab from his arrival at UCSD in 2008 until he passed away in 2015. During this time, Rayner published more than 130 papers with collaborators at UCSD and around the world. Included in this collection are data and materials from 29 studies that were conducted in-house, and so the collection reflects the subset of work carried out primarily …
