UC Academic Senate. San Diego Division Records
The University of California Academic Senate, San Diego Division records contain meeting materials; including minutes, agendas, presentations, and reports created by the Representative Assembly. The Representative Assembly is the divisional legislative body of the Senate. During its meetings, the Assembly considers proposals to modify regulations and Senate bylaws, as well as proposals establish new degree programs. Additionally, meetings often include updates from the Administration as a whole.

UC History Digital Archives
This websource prototype of the University of California History Digital Archives provides access to a growing collection of digitized historical documents, images and materials, along with past and current analysis on the history of the UC. This project is based at the Center for Studies in Higher Education and has three goals: one, to organize and collaborate with other efforts to preserve and provide access to archival materials; to provide a resource for the academic community and the general public; and three, to promote discussion on the history of the university and its future.

They list the degree requirements and descriptions for colleges, departments, and schools offered by the University of California, San Diego, with course descriptions for each course. Student/faculty profiles and photographs also offer a glimpse of campus life. The Official Catalog of Record is an archival document of record and does not reflect interim updates that may take place during the period between official publications. The UC San Diego Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Historical Collection documents the experiences of LGBTQIA+ community at UC San Diego, and reflects the activities and interests of students, staff, faculty, and alumni. It includes correspondence, proposals, reports, speeches, flyers and photographs. Topics include campus climate, policies, and decisions; events and outreach; and wider political, social, and cultural dynamics. Materials were originally housed in binders and assigned a volume number. Additional documents and photographs were labeled by topic. The LGBT Resource Center Student Organizations records documents the event and outreach activities of the student organizations and community groups affiliated with the LGBT Resource Center at UC San Diego. It includes correspondence, event publicity and planning, budget materials, meeting agendas and minutes, manuals, guides, and reports. The collection also includes supporting material from other institutions. Material was transferred through a Google Drive folder.
