Arthur G. Barton Architectural Collection
Contains records related to the life and career of California landscape architect Arthur G. Barton, FASLA (1907-1980). Barton designed landscapes for many structures and sites such as Camp Pendleton, Dodger Stadium, and the San Gabriel River Wildlife Sanctuary. The records consist of job files documenting client projects with correspondence, change orders, requests for payment, shop drawings, sketches, and other documents.

California Fairs Collection
The Fairs Collection contains archival and printed material created in three separate offices: Western Fairs Association, a non-profit trade association; Division of Fairs and Expositions, an agency of the California Department of Food and Agriculture; and the Joint Committee on Fairs Allocations and Classification, a legislative group comprised of seven senators and seven assembly members. In addition, material collected through the years by Louis S. Merrill, director of Western Fairs Association from 1945-1972, has been added to the collection.

Central Coast Farm Labor Organizing Collection
The Central Coast Farm Labor Organizing Collection contains materials relating to migrant farm workers on the Central Coast of California, including oral histories, reports, correspondence, strike ephemera, and secondary sources. Photographs taken by Manuel Echavarria documenting the United Farm Worker movement and used in the exhibit "iViva la Causa! A Decade of Farm Labor Organizing on the Central Coast" are included in the collection.
