Avery E. Field photographs
Commercial photographer Avery Field documented the growth and development of Riverside, California in the first half of the 20th century. A large portion of this collection is comprised of images featuring local residents and their involvement in various events such as parades, celebrations, and weddings. The architectural history of the city is also well-documented with images of both residential and commercial buildings, including many of the Mission Inn. Portraits of local families, images of the region's geographic landscapes, and artwork are also contained in this collection.

Catherine Clark papers
This collection contains correspondence, publications, and other material related to the world of Russian Science Fiction and Fantasy. Primarily includes correspondence between Catherine Clark, a science fiction fan from California, and Igor A. Toloconnicov, a science fiction fan from Volgograd. Clark and Toloconnicov were in correspondence with each other as pen pals and regularly traded science fiction publications over the course of several years. Select material regarding VolgaCon '91, a 1991 science fiction convention organized by Toloconnicov, are also included.

Charles E. McGee papers
This collection contains memorandums, special orders, correspondence, administrative records, and other material pertaining to the military career of Charles E. McGee, a retired United States Air Force Colonel, fighter pilot, and member of the Tuskegee Airmen. McGee served from 1942-1973 with a record of 409 aerial fighter combat missions, including service in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam.

Esther Klotz collection on Miné Okubo
This collection contains correspondence, artwork, brochures, and other material by and about Japanese American artist and author Miné Okubo (1912–2001). Okubo was born in Riverside, California, and is best known for her book "Citizen 13660" of drawings and text on her experiences of incarceration at Tanforan and Topaz camps during World War II. The material was collected and donated to UCR by Esther Klotz, a historian of the Riverside area and longtime friend of Okubo.

Documents pertaining to water rights and land ownership in Riverside and San Bernardino counties during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Includes legal documents, correspondence, and other material pertaining to the Jurupa Ditch and Trujillo Ditch companies, the Riverside Land and Irrigation Company, and the Bandini Donation collected by Samuel C. Evans, a prominent businessman in Riverside, California and former president of the Riverside Land and Irrigation Company.
