The Water Resources Collections and Archives is a unique collection housed at UC Riverside that holds contemporary and historic materials on all aspects of water resources, chiefly about California and the western United States.
Correspondence, notes, and other material pertaining to Andrae Nordskog's research on the Owens Valley and construction of the Los Angeles Aqueduct. In the late 1920s and early 1930s, Nordskog was the president of the Southwest Water League and publisher of "The Gridiron," a Los Angeles newspaper promoting public utility reform.
