The Covina Public Library’s mission is to provide an institution where informational, educational and recreational materials will be easily accessible to the entire community; to meet the library's ever changing needs via the latest technology; to develop a staff that is responsive to the needs of the residents of Covina – a staff that is well able to select, organize and maintain the library's collection and who can interpret the library's contents and relate them to individual needs – and; to encourage use of the library as a community information and activities center.

Covina Citrus Industry Photographs
This collection contains images which document the workers and working environments in Covina and the Covina area from the 1880's through the 1950's. Most of the images 1-115 show life in the orange groves and packing houses through the 1940's. Images 116-138 are of orange crate labels from Covina packing houses. Most Images 139 through 161 are of families, houses and everyday life, though there a few more of orange groves. Images 162-200 are of pictures taken on May 25, 2006 in the last remaining citrus grove in Covina. These pictures include images of tools and equipment used to cultivate …
