This is an instructional video for managers about how to adapt to changing structural and organization environments based on Peter F. Drucker’s teachings. The video consists of an uncredited host and footage of an interview with Drucker by Francisco Javier Palom Izquierdo, and is divided into two steps. The first step instructs managers to go back to basics by reviewing fundamental questions Drucker would ask an organization: What are we good at? Who is our customer? What are results? The second part instructs managers to create internal strength through performance quality improvement, quality through teamwork, and increased productivity of people.
