V2p97e In PHOTO ALBUM-VAULT: ** fc917.9461 A3, Vol. II, page 97 bottom. This photograph is contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco." Group portrait of Mayor Eugene E. Schmitz seated outdoors and accompanied by eight prominent San Francisco citizens. Flags and trees are visible behind them, and a stack of rolled documents piled up on two chairs at the right. Incomplete text written under photo: "Standing Elmer [sic] Leffenwell [ sic,'Leffingwell' written under it], Thos. Boyle, Aaron Altman [sic], Ronconveri [sic]." Complete text written to right: "Left to Right: Elmore Leffingwell, Thos F Boyle, A[aron] Altman [sic, Altmann], Captain Gleeson, Alf[red] Roncoveri [sic, Roncovieri], Mayor E[ugene] E. Schmitz, seated, Samuel M. Shortridge, Larry Walsh, ?." Also have negative no. (4x5 in.): 29,789.
