Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated February 22, 1963 partially reads, "Rex D. Kane, a dark-haired energetic man who sells exotic foods from around the world to gourmets across the country, stood in the warehouse of his Van Nuys plant and explained: "We emphasize quality and variety. We give our customers the kind of specialized service they can't get anywhere else." His philosophy apparently works. Kane, with his wife, Adelaide, runs the Sey-Co Products Co., 14657 Lull St., which sells more than 200 delicacies to some of the wealthiest people in the nation. His carefully guarded mailing list - which includes about 200,000 names - has the addresses of 100 millionaires."
