It carries a party of men and women, who are going sightseeing as part of the first semi-annual meeting of the Southern California Hotel Association on November 22, 1894. The name, "W.T. Vore Livery," is painted on the side of carriage. Title and date transcribed from back of photo-mount. Printed along bottom right of photo-mount: "Hill, Pasadena, Cal."
