Photograph of a group of men filling sacks to raise levees in Laton, ca.1910. At center a group of men are visible standing on flooded ground in the process of filling burlap sacks, possibly with dirt. One man appears to be using a shovel while others are visible holding on to the sacks. Trees without leaves are visible in the background and to the left, while a portion of the ground is flooded with water in the foreground. The land slopes upward at right.
