He appears to be balding, while a second man is obscured behind the cargo. A third man wearing a suit and hat can be seen standing to the right of the dockworkers. The cargo ship can be seen at left, and several tall masts and many lines can be seen rising above the level of the deck. Two empty carts are visible in the left foreground, while pieces of lumber can be seen at right. Two buildings are visible in the background. Photo is referenced in CHS-m22959.
