Photograph caption dated August 2, 1963 reads, "Paul-White-Carnahan Realty Co. Inc. has acquired the Russel Colby Realty Company, Inc., and will maintain the two offices as branches of their operation, under the name of Colby. Paul-White-Carnahan now has nine offices with a sales staff of 100 personnel, handling a sales volume of $50 million a year. Both firms have been in operation since 1946.
