The spot offered a three gala opening for August 21, 22 and 23, 1952, which included free lucky hats and pony rides for children and free Coca Cola and Dr. Pepper. Constructed by the Erickson Construction Company of North Sacramento, visibile storefronts include Lucky at 3480 El Camino Avenue, Walgreen's Drug Company, at 3460 El Camino Avenue, Emigh Hardware at 3450 El Camino Avenue, W.T. Grant Department Store at 3444 El Camino Avenue, Eagleson's Men's Clothing at 3436 El Camino Avenue, and Kid-E-Korral Toys at 3430 El Camino Avenue.
