Description
Peter Drucker begins his lecture by discussing the applications of management in government. He talks about leadership roles in society in the mid 1980s. Drucker describes different ways to attain economic security with a job in management, and talks about employment contracts in Japan. He discusses problems with company mergers, and the fear of management take-overs in merging companies. He ends the interview by answering questions from the audience.
