Hiestand. Receiving flag, at left, are Lawrence Iannacone, member of Rubbish Collectors board of directors; Joseph P. Lamont, vice president, and Bernard L. Otterstrom, president. B. S. Hand, president of North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, hands 'Capitol Flown' certificate to Otterstrom. At right are Lee Warburton, commander, American Legion Post 307, and Tom Smith, commander, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10040."
