Description
Photograph of a view of an egg race on a business street in Williams, Arizona, 1890/1920. A large crowd stands on either side of a wide street as several men run with spoons bearing eggs. The crowd on the left stands beside a wall with a painted sign: "..arlor barber shop ladies and gents BATHS. Cigars-Tobacco and -Pool-". On the opposite side of the road, the large viewing crowd in attendance gathers before a line of shops, and a drugstore. A man on a horse can be seen further down the street, while part of a distant hillside appears at left.
