Photograph of Governor Figueroa and aids dressed up as Spanish caballeros, riding on horses near the Plaza Church during La Fiesta de Los Angeles, ca.1901. The men are wearing hats, and Spanish (or Mexican) style clothing. Behind them are spectators consisting of mostly men and children. The governor (center?) is holding a bouquet of roses (or flowers?).
