Title transcribed from back of photo. Date devised by cataloger. "Aunt Augusta" presumably refers to Augusta Senter. Also written on the back of photo in pencil: "There's for Walter's benefit three big eucalyptus / the big trees on Kensington / artichoke in lower corner / beautiful view of mountains but too cloudy."
