Darryl Ferges, 11, and Stanley Rader, 13, of Santa Monica YMCA try out the Ocean Highway ride, owned by Union Oil Co. It has 20 midget cars with governors on them, 10 foreign type and 10 American, which kids can pilot around the track. Photograph dated July 18, 1958.
