Description: Big Creek - Powerhouse 8 - Break in pressure main. Damage to powerhouse. [building had been temporarily covered with corrigated metal in anticipation of future expansion of the powerplant. Water from the break tore through this surface sending debris and water into the generator room and transformer bay grounding the leads.]
