Caption dated April 4, 1960 reads, "Grand Master Joe Shell of the California Masonic Grand Lodge, center, presents plaque to Lloyd Parker, right, for leadership in building new Reseda temple at dedicatory services. Looking on is Frank Homer, Master of the Reseda lodge. Parker is a Past Master of Reseda Lodge."
