Description
"An open house ... today in Trinity House, the second 0f the retirement residences developed in Sacramento by Cathedral Pioneer Church Homes, a non-profit corporation. Trinity House, located at 2701 Capitol Ave., represents a $1.1 million investment by the firm. Its construction was begun in June 1965 by the Campbell Construction Co. The structure has a total of 58 living units and 28 nursing care rooms. Trinity House, and the related $1.9 million Pioneer House which was opened last July at 415 P St. with 132 units, were erected in cooperation with the Trinity Episcopal Cathedral and the Pioneer Congregational Church of Christ, both of Sacramento. The administrator of both facilities is Walter R. Cecil. At Trinity House, Mrs. Joseph Murray is president of the board and Mrs. R. M. Larson is director"
