Rest of cemetery visible in background. 2009-3267. John Baldwin arrived in California by 1874. Was active as a photographer in several cities, including Sacramento. In Sacramento operated out of a gallery on J Street in the 1880's. Album is photographer's sample book. John Bachofen was native of Switzerland. Interred in City Cemetery. Baldwin Estate,
