Description
Ex Special Forces Master/Sargeant Don Duncan speaking against the Vietnam War at the dedication of Artists' Anti-Vietnam Tower at La Cienega and Sunset on February 26, 1966. Six white doves were released, and sheriffs had to stop a number of fights.
