(RI). - Publiziert als Nr. 9 im Album 'Achtzig Ansichten von der Goldküste (Westafrika) nach Originalaufnahmen des Missionars Fritz Ramseyer', Neuenburg 1895. - Bildlegende im Album: "Station Aburi. - Diese Station, 8 Stunden von der Küste entfernt und im Jahre 1847 angefangen, ist auf dem Kamm des Akwapem-Gebirges gelegen und hat Dank ihrer hohen Lage, 390 Meter, ein gesünderes Klima. Rechts sieht man das ältere Missionshaus."
Note translation: Ramseyer neg 7A. (T. Garrard). - Very similar to D-30.09.006. (RI). - Published as no 9 in the album 'Achtzig Ansichten von der Goldküste (Westafrika) nach Originalaufnahmen des Missionars Fritz Ramseyer', Neuchâtel 1895. (RI). - Caption there: "The mission station in Aburi. This mission station, 8 hours away from the coast, was begun in 1847. It is situated on the Akwapim ridge and has a healthy climate thanks to its height (390 metres). You can see the old mission house on the right." - The French versions reads in part "... au milieu de la forêt, a vu son altitude de 400m, un climat relativement meilleur."
