Description
It's said that welders are never out of work, but relief schools have 90 of them in three classes, adding to and retaining their skill in handling the acetylene and electric arc torches. Photo shows a welding class, with Harold Booth, the instructor, at right. Equipment for all classes is furnished by the Los Angeles board of education. Photo dated: July 31, 1935.
