Title supplied by cataloger.
Photograph caption dated August 24, 1987 reads, "Activists form a human chain on the Ocean Front Walk at Venice Beach to call attention to what they think are unfair rules governing the area's faith healers, artists, entertainers and masseurs. Peace activist Jerry Rubin organized yesterday's 50-person demonstration, which lasted about 30 minutes. Faith healers and masseurs still have to be licensed by the city, but artists and entertainers may freely get donations from passers-by."
