Photograph caption dated September 17, 1963 reads "Montgomery Ward sales trainees are shown the composing room of the Valley Times. Sheila Regan, promotion manager, shows (left to right) Ron Roberson, Don Essex, Ernie Guerrero and Jim Ellis how type is set before going to the presses. The four men visited the plant to have first-hand knowledge of how their company's ads become part of the paper."
