Description
The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on May 29, 1967 states: "A cordon of Washoe County, Nev., sheriff's deputies, Nevada highway patrolmen and probation officers closed in yesterday to arrest a group of teenagers, circle, after reports of beer drinking and fires on the northeast shore of Lake Tahoe. Hundreds of beer cans and other debris litter the beach, right, from many such "beach parties'".
