Independent Commission on the Los Angeles Police Department. etc. PART OF A SERIES: Morrison & Foerster assessed the manner by which LAPD officers treat racial minorities and disadvantaged sectors of the population. Included in the series are interviews held with community members regarding how police treat juveniles and the mentally ill. The series also includes statistics that evaluate the respective numbers, ranks, and geographic distribution of different races of LAPD officers.
