Description
(L-R) At groundbreaking ceremonies for the new California State Building on August 1, 1930: Governor C. C. Young and L.A. Chamber of Commerce President John C. Austin. Austin was the architect. The two are holding an architectural rendering which shows the future building. Building now demolished. Located at Spring and First Streets.
