Hilda Desey, dress shop proprietor, charges that Mary Miles Minter entered her shop at and took a $55 tweed dress by force. Miss Minter counters with the statement that she financed Miss Desey's dress shop and that in taking the dress she was merely getting something in which she had a considerable interest. The two women will seek to settle the fashionable question next Friday at a hearing before Deputy City Attorney Bert McDonald."
