Shown here is the great hall decorated with Donohue furnishings and with walls of Caen stone, a type of limestone. This estate is located at 3405 Waverly Dr. in the Los Feliz Park area off of Los Feliz Blvd. The house was designed by Bernard Maybeck with John White as his associate architect. Earle was a radio pioneer who founded and owned, until his death in 1961, radio station KFI AM 640. He also was known as a prominent Packard automotive dealer in Los Angeles.
