Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker interviews Dudley Hafner in his audio book, “The Nonprofit Drucker.” This tape is part of the series, “Strategies.” Hafner begins by explaining that he is the Executive Vice President and CEO of the American Heart Association. He talks about his personal experience working for community service and healthcare non-profits. He stresses the importance of good donor relations, and how an institution solicits care. Hafner describes how market research can help with fundraising. He ends the interview by advising that it’s better to ask donors for a specific donation, rather than a general amount.
