Photograph caption dated April 30, 1964 reads, "Valley College high jumper Otis Burrell is caught in a 'normal' position - for him - by Valley Times photographer George Brich during a recent Valley meet. Burrell has cleared seven feet, and is favored to capture the event at the Metropolitan Conference track finals."
