Description
Letter refers to two copies of an unexecuted lease for twenty-two acres on the Maria de los Reyes Dominguez allotment in Rancho San Pedro "affronting" Hawthorne Boulevard dated June 29, 1937 for a single year. Letter asks he sign and return the copies. The letter also refers to a rental booklet to record rent due and rent receipts.
