Redondo Beach Police investigators look over accident scene after a grating atop a three-story parking structure collapsed killing one and injuring 8 others. The nine victims, most of who were runners who had just finished a 10K run, were standing on a park-like area on the roof of a parking lot when the accident occurred. Photograph dated February 1, 1988.
