Photograph caption dated September 15, 1964 reads "Marie Lind, a singer, who goes by the name 'Diamond Lil,' has been sued by actress Mae West who says the name should be hers. Miss Lind is shown in Superior Court with her lawyer, Robert Gaston." The court ruled against Miss Lind.
