Description
Exterior view of a five story, 71 unit building owned by Beach and Kordell, located at 334 South Figueroa. Units are three rooms and rent from $7 to $10.50 per week, depending on the number of people. Gas and electricity are included in the rent. There are four toilets and two baths per floor. 102 children live in the building. Manager is Mr. Zeigler, 427 S. Olive Street.
