Description
Robert Danzig (on desk) informs Herald Examiner employees of the newspaper's closure. Most employees have been identified, from left to right: Tracy Weber, Jim Radcliffe, Guy Goodenough, Larry Burroughs, Barbara Anderson, Paul Danzig, James Ruebsamen, Charles Fleming, Joe Eckdahl, Bill Johnson, John Blake. The Herald Examiner newspaper came into being in 1962, after the morning Examiner, founded in 1903, merged with the evening Herald Express, dating back to around 1871. Photo dated: November 1, 1989.
