Description
This is a video recording produced by Edward Jones continuing a question and answer session with Peter Drucker, hosted by Bob Virgil. Drucker discusses Edward Jones in foreign countries, his interest in the nonprofit sector, maintaining a sense of community as the firm expands, the importance of Internet communication, why Drucker deems the Girl Scouts the best managed organization, and how to improve as a manager. Drucker comments that while the nongovernmental, nonprofit institutions constitute the largest growth sector, he advises young people to work for a large company with a good training program for about five years before entering the nonprofit sector.
