The opening ceremony of Ibaraki Christian College. Shoichi Oka, instrumental in founding the college, is pictured to the far left facing the crowd, while E. W. McMillan, first president of the college, Logan Fox, first dean of the college, and O. D. Bixler, missionary to Japan, are pictured in the center.
