Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker and John Humble discuss their audio book, “The Drucker/Humble Workshop.” This is the first part of a two-part discussion entitled, “Participative Management: Myths and Realities.” Humble begins by asking whether or not decision-making should be a group process. He discusses the problems with working for an uneducated boss. He talks about the link between participation and creativity in the workplace. Drucker describes what happens when there are too many superiors in an organization. He ends the discussion by talking about communication errors between different levels of management.
