Description: Appears to be the early construction of the Richardson Bay Bridge. A pile of stones is seen in the center of the photograph, and the bay waters on either side of the roadway indicates that this is low tide. The foreground may be the northern end of the bridge, with de Silva island at the upper right of the photo.
