Los Angeles County Sheriff Eugene Biscailuz spoke on the history and development of California at the noon meeting of San Fernando Kiwanis held at the Porter Hotel on Tuesday. The program chairman, William Dunkle presented the sheriff. Allen Miller presided with T. P. Reynolds as emcee. Sheriff Biscailuz outlined the growth of the sheriff’s department as it has been developed during the 43 years he has been associated with it. Photograph dated May 16, 1950.
